We are proud of our reputation as the ski specialists.  It has enabled us to produce programmes to suit all abilities from ‘First Time’ packages for beginners just starting out, to ‘Improver Packs’ for those looking to perfect their technique, ‘Jumps, Bumps & Powder’ courses covering mogul bashing and off-piste perfection and we even cater for the non-skiers in your party with ‘Winter Wonderland’ activities.

Sustainable tourism

Since 2003, Crystal has been awarded the CarbonNeutral brandmark for our head office in Kingston. This was achieved by measuring and subsequently reducing carbon emission across all areas of our business. We are the market leaders in delivering holidays that meet government and industry guidelines to protect our customers’ interests.

All package holidays booked through us which include a flight are protected under the ATOL scheme, which is operated by the Civil Aviation Authority and guaranteed by the government. In effect, this means in the event of the collapse of an airline, the CAA will be responsible for refunding the cost of holiday or organising and covering the cost of return flights as appropriate.
